Premium Welding and Manufacturing, Inc. was first established in 1997 as a partnership. In 2000, due to its tremendous growth, it was necessary to incorporate as a company. Its main objective and core business is to explore the market of equipment design and fabrication for the Oil and Gas Industries. Its targets are the main famous names in these industries such as ABB, Exxon, Flare, Daniel Systems and many other big players, which are already current customers. The expertise of the owners have over 35 years of professional experience in the industry.

In order to achieve its main objective, in 2002 the company has built a new facility with the most updated equipment and tools to guaranty the quality and timing in performing the services offered.
